All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary due to:

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. If an order experiences a delay, we will notify you via email.

United States

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping

  • Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. We are not responsible for customs delays or unexpected carrier disruptions.

4. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order weight and package size

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $50. For international orders, free shipping promotions may be available for select regions.

Customers are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid upon delivery if required by local authorities.

5. Order Tracking and Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link or through the shipping carrierโ€™s website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at info@quickxali.xyz.

6. Address Accuracy and Shipping Issues

To prevent shipping delays, customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, Quickxali is not responsible for lost packages or additional redelivery fees.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers must pay for reshipment.
  • If a package is delivered to the wrong address, we will assist in resolving the issue, but the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order for corrections.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Quickxali is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members who may have received it.

For packages that are delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend waiting an additional 5 business days before reaching out, as shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or defective, follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Email info@quickxali.xyz within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and images.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our Refund and Return Policy.

Customers must report damaged shipments within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a claim.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Due to international regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain locations or regions with restricted import policies. If your country has specific shipping restrictions, it will be mentioned at checkout.

Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international orders.
